tips bust the exam stress

Impending exams never cease to stress anyone out. And no one knows that better than those of you appearing for the HSC board exams.

Rather than pulling your hair out, here's what you can do to increase your productivity and eventually your score:

Don't skip meals
You don't want to faint on your exam day, right? Then eat on time and eat the right food. Keep your diet balanced, and include fresh vegetables and fruits to energise your mind. These offer loads of energy and also help concentrate on your studies.

So if you want to remember that elusive answer, don't skip meals! Eat right! Give pizzas, pastas and the bhel puri a break? a long one at that.

Eye care

Exams mean reading, studying and revising again and again. Your eyes bear the biggest burden. Don't overexert your eyes. The moment you feel a strain, take a break, wash your eyes and just close the books for five minutes. Another thing ? ensure there's enough light in the room.

Don't force yourself to focus on words in dim light. It can cost you a lot in the long run. No night lamps please. Give your eyes the much-required rest every half an hour.

Right posture

Get a proper table and chair for reading and writing purpose. Don't strain your back, as it can lead to fatigue. Leaning can cause bigger damages. So sit straight and take breaks in between to simply stretch your legs.

Sleep tight

We all love boasting about how we studied all night before the examination. Don't do that! Sleep and sleep well. Especially the night before the examination, sleep is of utmost importance. You don't want to end up in the Chemistry class room for your Philosophy paper!

Get out

Don't we all end up locking ourselves into our rooms during exam?! What sincerity and dedication! Just head out for a bit instead… Breathe in some fresh air and see the difference. Indulge in an outdoor activity for at least 1 hour a day during exams.

yeah people.u guys shud eat well...if possible get urself vitamins esp the multi vits.it helps a lot. makes u stay healthy.when u are healthy for sure u have the appetite and u wont skip ur meal.vits really help these days...when almost all our foods contain various of unhealthy chemical.
